Structuring cross-border aircraft financing and leasing and dealing with trans-national tax issues; drafting and advising on aircraft purchase, lease, wet-lease, charter and block-space agreements; dealing with maintenance, insurance, and accidents and environmental issues arising from the final dismantling of aircraft; advising on fuel supply agreements and hedging.
Advising on and dealing with aircraft and mortgage registration and de-registration issues inclusive of 2001 Capetown Convention, bi-lateral flight treaties, airline licences and AOC, and regulatory aspects under EU regulations and in general.
Dealing with airlines' insolvency and restructuring issues, inclusive as it relates to trustees-in-bankruptcy's avoidance actions; assisting to repossess aircraft and with regard to airport authorities' or creditors' aircraft attachment or seizure actions; credit collection actions against lessees or airline debtors in general; dealing in Court with various issues arising from transportation regulations infringements and actions.
Dealing with manufacturing and supply agreements and legal issues, both with regard to aircraft and trains.
